Harley
H. Hall,
in whose honor the buiding is named, lived in Vancouver, attended Evergreen
schools and graduated from Clark College. For two tours, he was Commander
of the Blue Angels and was a candidate in the astronaut program. At 32,
he was the youngest man in the Navy to hold the rank of Commander. As
a pilot on his third tour of duty in Vietnam, he was shot down and is
missing in action since January 27, 1973.
